WHAT IS CLINICAL HYPNOSIS? Hypnosis is a method of mental programming. It is
not sleep, nor is it unconsciousness. It is simply a deeply-focused state that makes you more acutely aware of suggestions
and allows you to be more receptive to those suggestions.
Hypnosis helps change the way we think and respond to a
situation, object, set of events or a thought. It is important to realize that a person never loses control while in hypnosis.
Instead, they begin to take control of a part of their life.
I can give you all the tools you need to succeed in
one session, but you are the only one who can put them into operation. I am just a guide to help you get from point A to
point B. I can instruct you on how to relax, but I cannot make you relax unless you want to relax. Hypnosis is a tool that
we will be using in a cooperative venture. MEET YOUR HYPNOTIST
